John stepped foreward, and replied My name is John Koenig commnder of moon base Alpha ...We did everything we could to save the Brain ..we just didn't know how..Do you alone take responsibilty for your people??? Paul interupts let me commander (Koenig) No Paul..John looks back up ... Yes But,,,..but before John could speak again (the alien presence replied.. you will be put on trial for your crimes ,you will have a fair hearing you may bring 2 others for support make a decision..John looks at Helena and Maya.... then the decision has been made the alien claims then add be warned commander Koenig any trickery on your part or the people on Alpha will cause your demise and theirs ..John : understood.

(John) Moonbase Alpha..you are here ,because you killed the entity called the brain you murdered it (John) nooo ..we had no choice..no choice Megas sneared.. what choice did you have when you left me to die on that planet??? if it wasn't for the explosion to give me my powers back I would have perished ...the Luton voices yells out He killed 2 of our members he is a murderer (John) nooo we didn't know it... it was not out of malice the monitor showed this was true..the aliens from a world with out fear.. the woman replied he would have distoryed our world if he was allowed to..Zandor responded : Commander Koenig only reacted when he thought he was threaten.as the memory on the screen only showed John shooting male alien in it's chamber ... which started a chain reaction of explosions ..Pain eased back on John's face..your honor The Commander does not kill unless threaten their very existance is survival ..(Megas) Really????..How about you Maya? Me ???surprise that MEGAS WOULD EVEN TRY TO USE HER WORDS AGAINST THE COMMANDER.. John Memory pops on the screen but again it showed when he gotten the explosive nuclear filled eagle to destory the brain..Zandor is confused and asked what did you do then..memory pops up and it would seem John is in a eagle heading for the brain Helena yelled that's not how it happened..John was trying to bring back the charges per instruction by the brian John never tried to steer the explosive into the brain ,but it showed differently in John's memory that all were seeing We see John asking Paul how long for denonation and paul told him 1:35 commander (megas) then If the commander tried to save the brian why are they still counting down the impact of the nuclear explosive, why didn't he stop the eagle then???...Zandor looked at Maya and Helena..Helena goes to John who by now is in serious agonizing pain the strain of pure pain is beyond compare he is yelling face distorted but nothing comes out..Helena yells to him show them what happen John ..show them..Helena looks at the screen and it shows John shutting down power to kelly to the computer, also showing him leaving kelly to die ..(megas) you see by the commanders own memory betrays him and his action shows beyond a shadow of a doubt he purposely distroyed the brain (Zandor ) responds there has to be more give him more time..Judge the machine is almost at the center of the commanders brain once there Zandor there will be no doubt in the jury mind who is guilty and if the machine gets there John Koenig will die.....(Zandor) for some reason he is not giving us all that has happen parts of his memory can not remember..surely there has to be more time..(Megas) it is obvious this is all that happen and your just biding time John Koenig made sure the brain was killed..Nooo !!!! your wrong Helena yells. The Judge denys Helena's request...But decides on a break ..we will take a break upon our return if the commander fails to show anything that can help him we will have to make a verdict..
as the court emptied what's wrong with him??? ..it almost like he wants to be found guilty Maya says dumbfoundedly..Helena looks at John the machine has stopped probimg for the break...John awakens trying to speak Helena came to him trying to hear John was clearly in serious agony..John?? (John) again tries stopp---pppin g me meee ..then John gasp in blinding pain the machine began probing again and again John is silenced into agonizing pain..the break was over and the court is back in session..Megas called one by one John's enemies as they stepped forward to talk about John lack of character than Zandor's character witnesses the luton's flowers and fruit sueak and suark and whistled in John's favor.. the alien that can tear mountains apart with his bare hand..admit He and John was to the fight to the death, that the commander did not kill him when he had the chance , he admits he would not have done the same..so I owe him my life. I want him to live he said loudly... but the trees of Luton responded he is a murder..he killed 2 members and 2 of the aliens life forms on our planet (maya) shouts out the 2 aliens were accidently killed by their own devices..
(Judge )is there anything that the commander can do to shed anymore light on his action leading to the brain's demise ????(Zandor) whispered close to John's ear remember John Koenig remember..pain again shot through John's brain... John's eyes shot open the rods shooting down through his very soul..but no positive memory that can save his life popped on the screen..
the judge believe they have seen enough it is time for the jury to make their decision ..then out of no where a large globe of light came out of the ceiling and landed near the commanders writhering body which is now convulsing..as the light disappeared there stands a woman in black gown with a black veil..the woman uncovered her face it was ARRA but a much younger version.... she waved her hand over the tormented body of John and the pain stopped..Megas (how dare you interfer with the justice of this court?? (ARRA) how dare you interfer with this court for blocking the commanders memory..let him remember she demanded (Megas) acted dumbfounded I don't know what she is talking about (maya) that's what the commander was trying to tell us he was stopped from remembering what had happened he (john) went through this for nothing he suffered because of you.......(.Arra ) let him remember ..no response from Megas Arra waved her hand and the court became pitched black..(Megas) no no stop (Arra) let him remember or else you will be place so far underground you will never see light again....(MEGAS) OKAY!!!! just turn on the light ..Arra made the lights come back on (Megas) disgusted replied as you wish...Megas flicked his hand and all the wall bearers came crumbling down and John memory and it began to show all he and Alpha did to save the brain....Helena smiled with relief gave a heavy sigh..(ARRA) you see this is who Koenig really is....I know John Keonig.. I know his soul as she goes on to tell them what John did for her and her people....he risk everything his command his people trust..by believing in a complete stranger (Helena) you are the woman John told us about???we still can't believe we didn't get crushed by your world (Arra.) smiled and I trusted him with my life I know it was very difficult and what he went through,but he fullfilled his promise to me and my people Arra turn to the judge then to the jury .....He is not guilty of this crime...the jury began to speak to themselves the A& B Chrysalis responded Creation is better than destruction..another one responded Hope is better than dispair..the Judge then ask for the rulling..as one of John's enemies stood up and responded We the Jury finds John Koenig not guilty against the crime against the galaxy..alot of hoots and happiness filled the room..Helena went to John, no one notice that John past away during the memories that proved his innocents his body went into shock trying to get the truth out..John's eyes were open staring into nothingness he was dead... (Helena) John noo nooo...she sobbed
(Arra )do not cry Helena..John is not dead he still have much to do it is not his time yet..she comes to the still body of Koenig and rised both hands and she placed them over John's body the jury was still...as a energy force came out of her hands into John's body..and a bright light blinding light surrounded John..Helena and Maya has to turn away..then slowly the light disappeared..it seemed no difference John's body was still.. still (Helena )responded John??? John?? as everybody watched John eyes fluttered open breathing again he turns his head to see Helena and he smiled and whispered her name..a eruption was heard in the court even the enemies join in in joyous celebration...Koenig slowly sat up the device that clamped down on his brain was gone his wounds healed..he looked up to see Arra...thank you for saving my life.. (Arra)Nooo commander Koenig I owe you much more and so do my people as some of the jurors and spectator began to glow in various of colors of light showing that some of her own people were there in the audience...Magas tries to sneak out but couldn't the judge took his powers away from interferring with justice and he was set away..maybe in a cold dark place will straighten you out...Noooo nooooo (Megas) crys back as he being dragged off..the judge you are free to go commander may your travels be a safe one..John helped up to stand by Helena and Maya thank you he faced the judge ..you are a very unusual man John Koenig anyone that can get even your worst enemies to cheer you on is incredible . I wish we had more time together as you human say shoot the breeze then the alien from Luton came and grabbed John Koenig in a bare hug..forgetting that he has the stength to tear monutains with his bare hands..John gasp for air..the alien let him go...then stunns John and said Thankyou....John held his chest..and said with a weak smile you welcome. and they hand shaked..again not knowing his strengh almost breaks john's hand John grimace Helena and Maya giggled...The alien grunted his approval with that the Judge smiled ...court is adjourn....(ARRA) it is time to go back to ALPHA John Koenig..(John) will I see you again??(Arra) perhaps...perhaps.....then John ,Maya and Helena are back on ALpha with a glow of light back in main mission everyone congrate and celebrate ..(HELENA) are you sure your find?? (John) I think so....then Paul shouted COMMANDER ...Arra appeared before them .. I wanted to give you one last gift..as everyone stared in the area she was looking at..a huge glow of light appeared a form was inside the light it was very bright but the being form was reconizable and left no doubt it was Victor..John's best friend..Victor????: John indisbelief John comes over mouth open stunned all he could say How?? (victor) mused I don't know but it's fantastic.. John laughs leave it to you Victor to put a positive spin in death ,they both laugh..(Victor) I miss you ..everyone here on Alpha..there is room in this special place we now live John in time when your job is done

(Victor) you will know you all will... unforunately my time is short I have to go now..(john) wait please I have so much to ask you..(victor) grins and nods you will get all you need in time..(John ) will we find what were looking for??? (victor) I have no doubts..a toast then.... John remembers"To everything that might have been" he smiled (victor) To everything that was"..then Victor started to step back (victor) good-bye old friend till we meet again..and we will as Victor continue to step backwards he begins to fade then he disappears..no one notice that Arra has gone too.....Helena goes to John and and they both hug tightly (paul) commander as they stared at the monitor 2 balls of light leaving toward the large galaxy and they both vanished (john) added another saying ' To everything that will be"..(.Maya) he must been a very good man..(John) yes he was (Maya) I would like to know about him (JOHN) smiled and started at the beginning about Victor bergman as both he, Helena and Maya walked to his quarters for along talk about abeloved friend
